Rita H. Morrissey

Rita H. Morrissey, 90, of Lebanon, passed away Saturday, September 19, 2026 at home. She was the loving wife of the late Frederick R. Morrissey.

Born in Lebanon, PA on July 23, 1936, Rita was a daughter of the late Clarence and Helen (Waldfogle) McKinney. She enjoyed going to church, and was a member of the Church of St. Cecilia. She loved spending time with her family and especially her dogs. She was also an avid Phillies and Eagles fan.

She is survived by four children: Robin L. Delgado, Daryl Birch, David Birch, and Christopher Birch; three grandchildren: Thomas Birch, Larry Krall, and Jamie Krall; and two nephews, Matt and Steve Klinger.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Judy Yamshak, and Sherry Klinger; her uncle, George Waldfogle; and a niece, Leigh Tomecek.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at St. Cecilia's Church, 120 E Lehman St, Lebanon PA, 17046. Interment will follow at St. Gertrude's Cemetery. Viewing hours will be held prior to Mass from 10:00-11:00am at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations in Rita's name may be made to St. Cecilia's Church at the above address.
