Pauline Jenkins

Pauline Jenkins, 69, of Bernville, passed away Saturday, October 31, 2026 at home. She was the loving wife of Roy Jenkins. Born in Lebanon, Pennsylvania on August 13, 1957, Pauline was a daughter of the late Rudolph and Pauline (Ainsworth) Harrell.

She worked as a Nurses Aid Supervisor at an assisted living facility. She was a member of the Living Waters Chapel. She was also a member of the singing group, One Accord, and would sing with a group of her friends at different nursing homes, bringing joy with the songs they sang to the many different residents they visited. In her free time, she loved animals, whether she was rehabilitating, rescuing, bird watching, or just simply hanging out with her favorite chicken; Diggly Dee, Pauline had a caring and passionate love for all animals. When she wasn't caring for animals, she enjoyed gardening; especially seeing her red maple tree in the fall, planting mums, pink roses, black eyed Susan's, and sunflowers. Her favorite seasons were spring and winter, and she especially loved being able to look at the mountains during these times.

In addition to her loving husband, Roy, she is survived by her two children, Michael Jenkins, and Kristen Sweigart, wife of Ned, her siblings, Joyce Lester, wife of Fred, and Richard Harrell, husband of Janice, and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, John and Rudolph Harrell.

Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations in Pauline's name can be made to the Humane Society of Lebanon County, 150 N Ramona Road, Myerstown, PA 17067.
