Wilma C. Ward

Wilma C. Ward, 79, of Lebanon, passed away Thursday, November 5, 2026 at Lebanon Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of Robert D. Ward.

Born in Altoona, PA on September 21, 1947, Wilma was a daughter of the late William and Helen Leonard. She enjoyed the simple pleasures in life, especially gardening, crocheting, and cooking.

In addition to her husband, Wilma is survived by five children: Christina M. Ream, Tammy S. Shaffer, wife of Rodney, Scott D. Ward, husband of Tine, Joshua R. Ward, and Jacob H. Ward; five grandchildren: Desirae, Averianna, Maverick, Brocklyn, and Brody; three great grandchildren: Weston, Lincoln, and Eden; several brothers and sisters and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Cordell Shaffer.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, November 11, 2026 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., 126 S 9th St, Lebanon, PA 17042. Interment will follow at Covenant/Greenwood Cemetery.
