Obituary

William A. "Bill" Fraser, 72, of Sebastian, FL passed away Sunday, September 24, 2023 at Advent Health Hospital in Orlando FL. He was the husband of Paula K. (Krizan) Fraser.

Born in Potsdam, NY on May 8, 1951, Bill was a son of the late Robert and Beatrice (Oshier) Fraser. He was a graduate of Parishville-Hopkinton High School in NY. Bill was a Untied States Navy veteran and retired from Westinghouse Electric Company in Madison, PA. He was a member of the US Submarine Veterans and the American Legion. He enjoyed shooting sports and watching old movies. Bill loved to travel and had a life long curiosity about the world.

In addition to his wife, Bill is survived by three children, Jaime Fraser, Brina (Fraser) Lynch, wife of Troy, and Nathan Fraser, husband of Averie (Krahling); three grandchildren, Kelsea Hilditch, Alyce Lynch, and Lainey Lynch; four sisters, Pamela Sheldon, Kimberly Martin, Valarie Root, wife of Andy, and Lisa Young; a brother, Brian Fraser, husband of Judy and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Leigh Fraser, and parents in law, Paul and Veronika Krizan.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at St. Mary's Church, 2 N 8th St, Lebanon, PA 17046. Interment with full military honors will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. A viewing will be held prior to Mass from 10-11 at the church. There will be a reception following the services at the Navy Club. In lieu of flowers please make a donation in Bill's name to the veteran's non profit of your choice.
