Taj Jay Cintron, 29, of Myerstown, Pa., passed away Saturday, July 12, 2025.
Born in Lebanon, Pa. on November 12, 1995, he was a son of Julio R. Cintron, husband of Alba Cruz-Cintron, and Luz M. Rivera, wife of Oscar Velez.

Taj was an avid New York Giants football fan and gamer. He loved to laugh and was known for telling funny jokes that brought smiles to those around him. Sports were a big part of his life—both as a spectator and a player—and one of his greatest memories was playing football for Lebanon High School.

He had a deep and enduring love for his daughter, Catalina Cintron, who was the biggest blessing in his life. Taj longed to be with her and held her in his heart always.

Family was everything to him. He cherished time spent with loved ones; especially quiet and meaningful moments shared alone with his mom and dad.

Surviving, in addition to his parents, is his daughter, Catalina Cintron; three sisters: Yarelis, wife of Daniel Rivera; Erica M. Cruz; and Deja, wife of Dan Keating; four brothers: Julio Jr., husband of Anakisha Cintron; Derrick A. Cruz; Cristian A. Cruz; and Michael Bricker; maternal grandmothers: Maria Marquez and Brunilda Cruz; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, extended family members and his girlfriend; Tiffany Pascetta with whom he shared wonderful moments and was with him until the end.
