Steven, throughout his youth and over the years, enjoyed his love for playing soccer. He strived to continue to be an active part of the community, playing with local community members for a team from Lanco Field House well into his 40s. He also coached youth soccer teams for many years, volunteered at local charity events, maintained an active membership with the local Renters Association where he served as President for a handful of years, and later acted as a Cornwall Borough councilman and sat on the local Water Authority as a voting member.
