Stephanie A. Peffley, 73, of Lebanon, passed away Saturday, April 9, 2022 at the Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospital where she worked as a LPN for numerous years. She was the wife of Ernest D. Peffley of Lebanon.

Born in West Palm Beach, Florida on November 28, 1948, Stephanie was a daughter of the late Stephen Ondrejicka and Esther McGovern-Beachler. She was a graduate of Lebanon Catholic High School.

In addition to her husband, Stephanie is survived by two children, Joy Peffley and Jeremy Peffley; a grandson, Alexander Peffley; a brother, Stephen Ondrejicka & his wife Connie; a sister, Christi Daubert; a niece, Shaina Daubert; a nephew, Wade Daubert; and a great nephew, Owen Daubert.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 14th at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 2596 Cornwall Road, Cornwall, PA 17016. Interment will follow at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. A visitation will be held prior to Mass from 12-1 at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations in Stephanie's name may be made to the Humane Society of Lebanon County, 150 N. Ramona Rd, Myerstown, PA 17067.
