Shirley Y. Groff, 89, of Lebanon, passed away peacefully Friday, November 21, 2025 at Myerstown Nursing & Rehab.

Born in Jonestown, PA on April 19, 1936, to Burton and Oneida Morgan. She attended Bethel Township High School graduating in 1954. She married Jacob A. Groff in April of 1955. She worked for many years at Harpel's in Lebanon. She enjoyed family time, crocheting, and bus trips to Atlantic City.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jacob in 1972, son, John, brothers Robert, Charles, Jack, Ronald, Gerald, Larry and a sister Carolyn Morgan. She is survived by a sister, Rita Morgan, three sons Michael, husband of Gina, Steven, husband of Carol and Brian, husband of Jodi . She has eight grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren

Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., 126 S 9th St, Lebanon, PA 17042. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 9:30-10:30 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be held privately.
