Robert A. Makowiecki, 77, of Lebanon, passed away Monday, February 12, 2024 at Spring Creek Health & Rehab Center in Harrisburg.

Born in Kinston, NC on November 2, 1946, Robert was a son of the late Stanley and Helen (Bullock) Makowiecki. He was a member of St. Mary's Church. He served in the United States Air Force. He enjoyed volunteering for the Red Cross, Lebanon VA Hospital, and the local library in Lebanon. He loved watching Charles Bronson movies, heavy weight boxing, and was an avid Penn State football fan.

Robert is survived by his brother, Leon Makowiecki, husband of Donna, and sister, Mary Ulrich, wife of the late Michael Ulrich, four nephews, and Brenda Keisch, who was his caretaker, custodian, and good friend for over 30 years.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, John Makowiecki.

A viewing will be held from 1:00-1:30 PM on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., 126 S 9th St, Lebanon, PA 17042.
