Rita A. Little, 86, of Lebanon, passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at Spang Crest Manor. She was the wife of the late James E. Little.

Born in Hanover, PA on March 23, 1935, Rita was a daughter of the late William and Anna (King) McClain. She was a 1953 graduate of Lebanon Catholic High School and a member of St. Cecilia's Church. She worked for the state in the insurance department at the Harrisburg location. Rita fiercely loved life and her family, her granddaughter Erinn was the light of her life.

Rita is survived by two children, Barbara Shutter, wife of Dennis, and James Little; a granddaughter, Erinn; a brother, Roy McClain; a sister, Mary Aungst, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Burnell McClain.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, September 17th at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., 126 S. 9th St., Lebanon. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
