Richard R. Ream, 78, of Fredericksburg, passed away Friday, June 12, 2026 at Myerstown Nursing & Rehab. Born in Lebanon, Pennsylvania on February 24, 1948, Richard was a son of the late Warren and Rosalia (Schneider) Ream.

He worked as an auto body technician, and loved working on his own cars, including his beloved 1970 Camaro. He also enjoyed drag racing, being in his garage, and drinking beers with his friends.

He is survived by his companion of 35 years, Kathy Uffner Zellers, his children, Richard Jr, Tammy, Jason, Erica, Bradley, and Pamela, step children, Christopher Zellers, and Katelyn Levengood, grandchildren, Ryan, Derek, Macie, and Avery, and great grandchildren, Adalyn, and Evelyn.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Denise, and three brothers, Steve, Warren "Wally", and John.
