Rafael Rivera-Melendez, 42 of Lebanon, passed away on Monday, May, 9, 2022. He was the husband of Omayra Justiniano-Rivera.

Rafael was born on August 28, 1979 to the late Miguel A. Rivera and Aida R. Melendez in Bayamon, Puerto Rico.

In addition to his wife, Rafael is survived by a son, Anthony J. Rivera and a daughter Keila M. Rivera; five brothers: Miguel, Jose, Josean, Alexis and Xavier; seven sisters: Carmen, Valerie, Daisy, Tania, Angela, Jennifer, Rose, and many nephews and nieces. He was a preceded in death by a sister Maria and a brother Alberto.

Rafael loved God, his family and many dear friends. He was a dedicated husband and father. He was a hard worker and active church member. His charismatic spirit will be missed by all that loved him.

A viewing will be held from 5-8 pm on Sunday, May 15th and from 9-10 am on Monday, May 16th at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., 126 S 9th Street, Lebanon, PA 17042.
