Rafael A. Eusebio, 89, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 19, 2026, at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital in Lebanon, Pennsylvania.

Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, on March 15, 1937, Rafael was the beloved son of the late Manuel Martinez and Mercedes Guerrero. He spent a significant portion of his career serving the community through his work in ground housekeeping for the NYC Housing Department.

A man of many passions, Rafael found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He was an avid fan of baseball, a talented cook, and possessed a soulful spirit that he expressed through writing poetry. His legacy of creativity and hard work will continue to inspire those who knew him.

He is survived by his loving children: daughters Aralis Adames (and husband Victor), Zuleika Eusebio, Nisxalis Killpack, and Lissette Eusebio; and his son, Raul Eusebio. He was a proud grandfather to eight grandchildren: Zetsey, Anthony, Jonathan, Tony, Bianca, Allen, Jason and Andy.

Rafael was a devoted family man whose warmth and wisdom will be deeply missed by his children, grandchildren, and extended family members.
