Rachel Donato, 36, of Lebanon, passed away Saturday, July 4, 2026 at Carolyn's House. She was the loving wife of Lee Nafzinger for 15 years. She was born in Lebanon, Pennsylvania on August 1, 1989.

She enjoyed reading, and riding motorcycles. She was always known for being very kind hearted and always wanting to help people.

In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by her four wonderful children: Kiya, Hendrix, Cam, and Cheyenne; her step-sons: Jason, Trent, and Jared; a brother, Sean Donato, and an uncle, Henry Smith.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Abigail.
