Philip M. Sciotti, 80, of Lebanon, died on Friday, July, 28, 2023 at the Hershey Medical Center. He was the son of the late Philip J. and Elizabeth Sciotti; and brother of the late John Sciotti. He is survived by his wife, Lee; brother Tony Sciotti; sisters Ann Donmoyer, Mary Thompson and Liz Cummings; nieces Gena Scott and Laura Thompson; nephews Eugene Donmoyer, Jon Donmoyer and Jason Thompson; and great-nephew Jason Donmoyer.

Phil was a brilliant math scholar, a highly gifted teacher, and a phenomenal bridge player. His career spanned decades. Prior to his retirement he was on the staff at Lebanon HACC where he taught algebra, calculus, and trigonometry.

His other interests included following Phillies' baseball and reading. He particularly enjoyed his collection of Isaac Asimov stories. His heroes were Sherlock Holmes and Carl Sagan; the character of Holmes for his intelligence and wit; Sagan for his expansive view of the cosmos.

Phil will be remembered by his family with admiration as a person who lived his life with courage and confidence. His logical way of dealing with difficult obstacles was an inspiration and significant influence on his siblings and other family
members.
