Perry E. Ratcliffe Sr., 81, of Lebanon, passed away on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 in the Lebanon VA Medical Center. Born in Richmond, Virginia on August 27, 1940, he was the son of the late Leonard and Alice (Buckner) Ratcliffe.

Perry worked as a concrete finisher for many years. He enjoyed old cars, fishing, shooting pool on Friday nights, New England Patriots and spending time with his family and friends and was a proud veteran of the United States Navy.

He is survived by five children - Lonn, husband of Dianne Ratcliffe, Tina F., wife of Michael H. Ingram, Peggy Smith, Tessa Herb and Jamie, wife of Troy Gerlach; ten grandchildren, nine great grandchildren; two sisters - Linda Stegman and Beatrice Bordner; and several stepchildren, nieces, nephews and his companion of many years, Bonnie Kapp.

He was preceded in death by four sons - John Ratcliffe, Don Ratcliffe, Curtis Ratcliffe, and Perry "P.J." Ratcliffe, Jr.; two brothers - Donald and Ronald Ratcliffe; and two sisters - Helen Walburn and Darlene Miller.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 12th at 12:30pm at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. 126 South 9th Street, Lebanon. A viewing will be held prior to the service from 11:30am - 12:30pm.
