Paul F. Horn, 83, of Lebanon, passed away Saturday, July 19, 2025 at Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospital.

Born in Lebanon, PA on July 11, 1942, Paul was a son of the late Conrad Sr. and Mary (Bering) Horn. He was a member of the Church of St. Cecilia. He owned and operated Yule Tree Farm for many years. He loved all animals, especially cats and dogs. He was an avid Phillies fan and enjoyed spending time with his family.

Paul is survived by two sisters, Mary Ann Bruder and Patricia Ann Meagher; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Conrad "Geisle" Horn, Jr. and three sisters, Christine Horn, Frances Curtin, and Josephine Adams.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at St. Cecilia's Church, 120 East Lehman St, Lebanon, PA 17046. Interment will follow at St. Gertrude's Cemetery. A viewing will be held prior to Mass from 10-11 AM at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations in Paul's name may be made to Humane Society of Lebanon County, 150 N Ramona Rd, Myerstown, PA 17067.
