Patrick D. Umberger, 52, of Lebanon, passed away Sunday, November 21, 2021 at the Renova Center.

Born in Lebanon, PA on November 4, 1969, Patrick was a son of the late Glenn and Patricia (Nelson) Umberger. He enjoyed competing in the special Olympic's from 1979-1991 and was an Easter Seals ambassador for Lebanon County in 1992.

Patrick is survived by a brother, Glenn R. Umberger, Jr. and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A viewing will be held from 10-11 am on Friday, November 26th, followed by a service at 11:00 am at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., 126 S. 9th St., Lebanon. Interment will be at Cornwall Cemetery. Please share your memories with the family at our online guest book at thompsonfuneralhomelebanon.com
