Patricia L. (Gilbert) Smith, 89, of Lebanon passed away February 9, 2023.

Surviving are children Judy Ocker, Donald , Jr. (Linda) and Jim (Stacie); 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one sister Katherine Memmi; and one brother Eugene Gilbert.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Donald E. "Dougle" Smith, Sr.; and her grandson Jarrod "Willie" Ocker.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at 11:00 am at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Viewing hours at the funeral home will be from 10am-11am.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Jarrod "Willie" Ocker Memorial Football Scholarship."  Please contact Judy.
