Patricia A. Reznik, 95, of Lebanon Valley Nursing Home, Annville, PA passed away Thursday, January 8, 2026. She was the wife of the late Robert Reznik of Lebanon, PA.  Born in Lebanon, PA on August 14, 1930, Patricia was a daughter of the late Cyril and Myrle (Mann) Harter.

Patricia graduated from Lebanon Catholic High School. She enjoyed camping, dancing, reading, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by three daughters, Judy Reznik, Linda Kochler, wife of Robert, and Karen DiNunzio, wife of David; six grandchildren: Chris Shaffer,Chas Shaffer, Robert Trautman, Rebecca Dove, Natalie Karenda, and Michael DiNunzio; twelve great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a brother William Harter, two sisters, Catherine Benninghoff and Carol Palkovic, and a grandson Gregory Shaffer.

Funeral services will be held on Monday January 12, 2026 at 2:00 pm  at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., 126 S. 9th Street, Lebanon PA 17042. Viewing hours will be from 1:00- 2:00 pm at the funeral home.
