_{Patricia M. Regan, 86 years old, went home to her Lord on October 27, 2021 at the Penn State Health Hampden Medical Center surrounded by her loving children and devoted husband, Bob.}

_{Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late Frank A. and Helene V. Hallock McGee and the sixth of seven close-knit Irish siblings who enjoyed storytelling and a good party.}

_{Pat was a resident of Mechanicsburg for 49 years and faithful congregant of St. Joseph's Catholic Church. She was a proud member of the class of 1953 at Saint Paul's High School in Scranton. She was a cheerleader and never lost her gift for inciting group shenanigans. Throughout her life, Pat treasured the memories of her many friends in Scranton, especially her high school classmates, many of whom she visited with until very recently.}

_{Following high school, she was employed by the United States Fidelity and Guaranty Insurance Company in Scranton.}

_{Pat married the love of her life, Bob Regan, at the Immaculate Conception Church in 1959. This began a 62-year love story almost too romantic for real life. That union produced two children, Dan and Colleen…who in turn married the loves of their lives, Kelli and Jens. This gave Pat the centerpieces of her later life, her "four perfect grandchildren", Codi, Hannah, Connor and Erik.}

_{The two loved to travel. "RP and Pat" as they came to be known, visited most of the continental United States in addition to Alaska, Hawaii, England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, France, Italy, Germany, Greece and Holland. In their travels, whether with friends or strangers, their welcoming nature led to innumerable friends made, drinks raised, songs sung and memories etched. Pat loved nothing more than being with friends and family. Quite simply, she loved a party. And later on, Bob's devoted caregiving ensured that the party never ended.}

_{Pat also lived to serve, spending many years as a substitute teachers' aid at several school districts where she loved working with disadvantaged children. She also spent five years as a volunteer with Compassionate Care Hospice in Camp Hill, PA visiting patients in their homes, nursing homes and hospitals, always bringing a smile, good cheer and with only a little coaxing, a song. But, she considered her greatest legacy to be passing the importance of sharing time, talent and treasure onto her children and grandchildren.}

_{In addition to her husband, children, and grandchildren, Pat is survived by her sister-in-law, Anne Marie Regan, and countless nieces and nephews who adored her. She was preceded in death by six siblings – Frank McGee, Jr., Rita Canavan, Audrey Griffiths, Doris Costello, Mary Regan, and Jack McGee.}

_{A viewing will take place on Monday, November 1st from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Neil W. Regan Funeral Home, 1900 Pittston Avenue in Scranton, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 2nd at 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, 801 Taylor Avenue in Scranton, PA.
