Miguelina Santiago Cadiz, 86, of Lebanon, passed away Sunday, June 7, 2026 at her home. Born in Guayama, Puerto Rico, on August 25, 1939, Miguelina was a daughter of the late Jose M. Santiago and Ortencia Cadiz.

She was a seamstress, and really enjoyed crocheting, sewing, and loved crafting.

She is survived by her daughters, Marisol Cruz, wife of David, Marilyn Vizcaino, wife of William, and a son, Catalino Reyes, husband of Janice Rivera, ten grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday June 16, 2026 from 4:00-7:00pm at Thompson Funeral Home 126 S 9th Street, Lebanon, PA 17042. A graveside service will be held at Kimmerlings Cemetery, 1 St. Jacobs Street, Lebanon, Pennsylvania on Wednesday June 17, 2026. A viewing will be held prior to the graveside service at Thompson Funeral Home from 10:00-11:00am.
