Michael A. Bleyer, 85, of Lebanon, passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospital. He was the husband of the late Margaret A. (Fischer) Bleyer. Born in Mt. Joy, Pennsylvania on January 30, 1941,  Michael was a son of the late Clarence and Edith (Gamber) Bleyer.

He really enjoyed drag racing, astronomy, science, and computers in which he received a degree in electronics. He was also a black belt in Judo which he taught at the YMCA as well as an avid bowler.

He is survived by four children, Michael Bleyer, husband of Holly, Edward Bleyer, husband of Gianna, Stephen Bleyer and Michelle Jefferys, wife of Darrel; grandchildren: Jarid, Kaitlyn, Jordan, Justin, Lauren, Hannah, Bailey, Morgan, Olivia, and Brady; and great grandchildren; Noah, Justin, Christian, Oliver, Callum, and Rylie; two sisters, Patricia, wife of Robert Childs, and Teresa, wife of J. Michael Eshelman, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Dr. John Bleyer and Thomas Bleyer, and a sister Carol Doyle.
