Matthew Anthony Delp, Jr. (Tony), 64 of Exeter Township, PA went to be with our Lord on July 16, 2022 with his loving wife by his side. Born in Reading on February 15, 1958 he was the son of Joan (Salsbury) Delp and the late Matthew A. Delp.
Tony loved the Lord above all else and devoted his life to Christ. He was the state supervisor for Baltimore Life Insurance Company for many years and the owner and operator of several Bingo Halls, most recently Shelbourne Square which he ran with his wife and children for the last 16 years.
He was predeceased in death by his father, a sister, Dawn Stoudt and a brother, Michael Stocom. He is survived by his wife, Deborah A. (Quinter) Delp with whom he shared nearly 26 loving years of marriage. He was a devoted brother to Mark Delp and a loving father to his six children; Matthew A. Delp III, Ashley, wife of Gary Moyer, Elizabeth Meter, Joseph Meter, Patricia, wife of Jonathan Madeira and Lindsey Meter.
He is also survived by nine grandchildren, Gary Moyer, Summer Moyer, John DeAngelo, Gavin DeAngelo, Paylin Williams, Evie Fox, Mia Fox, Lucas Madeira and Benjamin Madeira.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, July 21st at 11:30 AM at Forest Hills Memorial Park, 390 West Neversink Road, Reading, PA 19606 which will be open to the public.
