Mary M. (Lescisko) Allison, 72, of Lebanon, passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at ProMedica Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation in Lebanon. She was the wife of the late Chester Allison.

Born in Philadelphia, PA on October 10, 1949, Mary was a daughter of the late Lawrence and Margaret (Fossler) Lescisko. She worked as a nurse's aide for Elmcroft of Lebanon and Willow Square Personal Care Home. Mary worked her entire life taking care of other people. She loved animals, especially her cats and birds, when you went to her home there was always a cockatoo or two flying around. She enjoyed her black kitten and watching her western movies. Animals gave her peace with herself.

Mary is survived by a son, Carl; two brothers, Joseph Lescisko, husband of Donna of Cornwall, and John Lescisko, husband of Sandy of Quentin; a niece AmyJo Krall, wife of Tony; and a great niece, Nora Mae Krall; and two great nephews, Pierce Anthony Krall and Conor Jackson Krall.

Mary was always willing to help someone who was down and out, sometimes to extremes. She will be sadly missed by family and friends, especially by Sandy Lescisko who was not only her patient advocate, but would see her a couple times a week in the nursing home and would point out to the nursing staff issues that needed to be addressed.

A visitation will be held from 12-2 pm on Monday, February 7th, follow by a service at 2:00 pm at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., 126 South 9th Street, Lebanon, PA 17042. Interment will be held at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Jim Thorpe, PA. Peace be with you.
