Margaret T. Peischl, 91, of Cornwall, passed away Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at the Hershey Medical Center.

Born in Pottsville on February 5, 1933, she was a daughter of the late Ludwig and Rosa (Seitzer) Peischl. Margaret worked as the head of the language department at Virginia Commonwealth University and taught in the public school system in Santa Monica. She was a published author and voracious reader with a love for history and geography. Margaret was a bright spot in the family and will be missed.

Margaret is survived by her sister, Wilhelmina Miller; three nephews; four nieces and several great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Peischl.

Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations in Margaret's name may be made to the American Cancer Society. P.O. Box 897, Hershey, PA 17033.
