Margaret Arnold, 92, of Lebanon, passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2024 at Lebanon Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of the late Richard Daniel Arnold.

Born in Lebanon on November 13, 1931, Margaret was the daughter of the late Walter Allen and Clara (Harlacher) Batdorf.

She was a member of St. Mary's Church and a 1949 graduate of Lebanon High School. Margaret was a lifelong fan of the Yankees, Penn State Football, and the Philadelphia Flyers. She never missed an episode of Jeopardy and was always proud of keeping a clean house.

Margaret is survived by her four children - Karen Leffler and her husband, John, Donna Zombro, Lori Eby and her husband, Todd, and Steven Arnold and his wife, Deborah; five grandchildren; and several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two grandsons - Travis James Eby and Steven Arnold, Jr.; two sisters - Marian Miller and Clarine Batdorf; and four brothers - Allen, Edward, Charles, and Bernard Batdorf.

A viewing will be held from 9:30-10am on Thursday, August 22nd at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., 126 South 9th Street, Lebanon. Funeral services will begin at 10am.
