Manuel "Manny"  Fernandez, 70, of Lebanon, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. He was the husband of Suzanne L. (Fleisher) Fernandez.

Born in Margaretville, New York on August 19, 1955, Manny was a son of Maria (Franco) Gerlett, wife of Peter and the late Ramon Fernandez. He enjoyed working as a postal truck driver, and retired in 2018. He loved planting and growing bonsai trees, woodcarving, and boxing. He was an avid dog lover, and devoted Yankee and Jets fan.

In addition to his wife, Manny is survived by a son, Manny Jr., and companion Sarah; a brother, Ramon Jr. (Cindy); a sister, Anita Suarez, and step sister Selena Fernandez; many nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; and his beloved dogs, Casey & Belle.

A viewing will be held from 10AM-12PM on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., 126 S 9th St, Lebanon, PA 17042. Interment will follow at Kimmerling's Cemetery. The family welcomes your memories and messages in our online guest book at thompsonfuneralhomelebanon.com
