Juan Carlos Collazo Castillo, 39, of Lebanon, passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at the Hershey Medical Center.

Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico on May 31, 1984, Juan was a son of Miguel Collazo Cruz and Iris Castillo Rodriguez. He was a loving father to his son and enjoyed gaming, listening to music, and spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, Juan is survived by his son, Julian Collazo Natal; girlfriend, Beatrice Velasquez; sister, Yashera Collazo Castillo; aunt, Saby Pastrana Rodriguez and uncle, Raymond Muñoz Rodriguez.
