Joseph C. Sakalosky, 88 formally of Cornwall, PA, passed away Thursday, December 12, 2024 at Country Meadows of Hershey. He was the husband of the late Patricia A. (Baran) Sakalosky.

Born in Shenandoah, PA on January 28, 1936, Joseph was a son of the late Joseph and Florence (Slezosky) Sakalosky.
Joe was retired from the Cornwall-Lebanon School District where he served as Principal of Cedar Crest High and Middle Schools.

Joseph is survived by sons Mark Sakalosky(Mary P) of Harrisburg and Luke Sakalosky(Mary R) of Bettendorf, Iowa. Grandchildren:Kathryn Ramell(Andrew), Matthew Sakalosky(Holly Heisey), Maria Sakalosky(James Crea), Patrice Sakalosky, and Peter Sakalosky. Great grandchildren: Luke, Vivienne, Arlo, and Lionel.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 AM on Friday, January 10, 2025 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Chruch, 2596 Cornwall Road, Cornwall, PA. Interment will follow at Holy Savior Cemetery. A visitation will be held prior to Mass from 10:30-11:30 at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations in Joseph's name may be made to Catholic Charities, 120 Willow Road, Harrisburg, PA 17109 or to Sacred Heart of Jesus, P.O. Box 36, Cornwall, PA 17016.
