Joseph G. Fischer, 80, of Lebanon, passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospital. He was the husband of Brenda L. (Williams) Fischer, with whom he shared 58 years of marriage.

Born in Lebanon on July 4, 1942, Joseph was the son of the late Carl and Anna (Miller) Fischer.

He retired from the Hershey Company after many years of service. Joseph was a faithful member of St. Cecilia's Church. He was also a member of the Dutch Lunch Club and Jonestown's American Legion. Joseph was a devoted Penn State fan and cherished the time he spent with his children and grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three children - Anthony Fischer and his wife, Kelly, Michelle Fischer and her partner, James Leaming, and Jennifer Wildasin; three grandchildren - Jason Wildasin, Jr., Nicole Fischer, and Kathryn Keane; his four legged best friend, Charlie; three siblings - Carl Fischer, Anne Marie Swope, and Thomas Fischer; and several nieces and nephews. Joseph was preceded in death by three siblings - Jacob Fischer, Frank Fischer, and Margaret Bleyer, and his son in law, Jason Wildasin.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 6 ^th from 10-11am at St. Cecilia's Church, 120 East Lehman Street, Lebanon PA with a Mass of Christian burial beginning at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Joseph's name may be made to St. Cecilia's Church at the address listed above.
