Joseph V. Arnold, 91, of Lebanon, passed away Monday, November 17, 2025 at Cedar Haven Nursing Home. He was the husband of the late Janet (Mihalik) Arnold.

Born in Lebanon, PA on December 18, 1933, Joseph was a son of Fred and Irene (Newmaster) Arnold. In his free time, Joseph enjoyed going to the cabin with his wife Janet, hunting, gardening, and wood working. Joseph also had a small sharpening business where he enjoyed many loyal customers. He seemed to have a hobby for every season.

Joseph is survived by his daughter, Lisa Mease; three grandchildren, Kyle Martel, Angela Zoeller, and Rebecca Ernharth; two great grandchildren, Kace and Avery; two sisters, Pauline Groff  and Geraldine Albert and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Frederick, Richard and John and two sisters, Mary Brossman and Barbara Ann Rodkey.

Graveside service with military honors will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, December 1, 2025 at Holy Cross Cemetery. Loved ones may gather between 10:20 -10:40 AM at Thompson Funeral Home 126 S. 9th St. Lebanon, PA 17042, for procession to the graveside.
