Jose R. Rivera, 82, of Lebanon, passed away Friday, November 10, 2023 at home. He was the husband of the late Iris Velez.

Born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico on May 18, 1941, Jose was a son of the late Geronima Colon. He enjoyed watching wrestling, singing, and playing his guitar.

Jose is survived by three children: Betsy Rivera, Jose Rivera, and Julio A. Rivera; eight grandchildren: Vanesa Campana, Ashley Rivera, Erica Rivera, Marible River, Angel Rivera, Samantha River, Carlos Rivera, and Victor Rivera; a son-in-law, Chu Rodriguez; three brothers, Adan Rodriguez, husband of Silvia, Gilberto Rodriguez, and Eddie Rodriguez; sister, Ana Rodriguez; sister-in-law, Luz Rodriguez; nephew, David Rodriguez and two nieces, Marieliz Rodriguez and Ivonne Class
