John Thomas O'Donnell, 67, passed away on Thursday, December 21, 2023, at home.

He was born in Lebanon on November 19, 1956 to the late Thomas J. O'Donnell and Georgia (Zombro) O'Donnell Guildoo. He was a former truck driver and construction worker. As a teen, John loved swimming and diving at Gingrich Memorial Pool, where he won many competitions as a diving team member. He was a musician; loved the blues, and played drums and guitar. He played with many bands locally and in New Jersey, most recently with "Big Daddy and the Wildcats." He was an avid Harley rider and rode with many groups and organizations before becoming disabled.

John is survived by his son, Jayson O'Donnell (Michele); two grandchildren, Kaitlynn O'Donnell and Jayson O'Donnell Jr.; three great-grandchildren; three sisters, Soundra Bechtel of Wernersville, Donna Carr (Clyde), Katherine Natale (James) and a brother Charles O'Donnell, all of Lebanon.

He was preceded in death by his step-father Roy (Boone) Guildoo, brothers Patrick J. O'Donnell and Brian S. O'Donnell, sister Carol O'Donnell Neary, and nephew Kevin Bechtel.
