It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of John Lloyd Boehler, a beloved son, brother and friend. John departed this life Saturday, September 27, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, generosity, and unwavering devotion to those he loved.

John was known for his love of all sports. He was a loyal fan of the Washington Redskins, Cincinnati Reds, and Tennessee Volunteers. He had a great memory for all the players. He also was a unique knowledge of movies and actors.

He is survived by his mother Elaine and step-father Robert Jones, sister Darlene and brother-in-law Thomas Eiceman who will carry forward his memory with love and pride. He was preceded in death by his adopted father Ernest Boehler.
