Joann E. (Werth) Budnyk of Lebanon passed away on Thursday June 20, 2024 at Cedar Haven Nursing Home under hospice care.  Joann was born in Lebanon on June 17th, 1930 to Arthur and Helen (Reill) Price.

Joann is survived by her daughters; Barbara (John) Arnold and Deborah (George) Newmaster. Grandchildren; Kristin (Craig) Wolfe, Jonathan (Stephanie) Arnold, George (Amy) Newmaster and Beth (Pedro) Cruz.  Nine great grandchildren; Adam, Ryan, Wyatt, Colin, Lily, Janessa, Isabella, Hailey and Hayden.  Two great grandchildren; Lincoln and Hudson, two step brothers; Edward and Richard Price, four step children, several step grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband; William J. Werth and second husband; Michael Budnyk.
