Jo-Ann Martinez of New York, passed away on Monday July 1, 2024 after battling a long and arduous health condition.

Born on March 26, 1966 she is the daughter of Ana Figueroa. Jo-Ann enjoyed good food, great movies, and a wide variety of music; however, she loved her family more. Jo-Ann was widely known for her perseverance, strength, and determination. She is most remembered for her courage and wisdom as well as her unwavering faith. Jo-Ann was the matriarch of her family and led the family with grace and class. Jo-Ann was an avid Coca-Cola fanatic and will always be remembered with a glass of coke in hand as she conversed with everyone.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jose Martinez, daughter Tatiana Martinez, and granddaughter Remedy Jo Martinez.
