Jezmarie Barbara Salgado, 10, of Lebanon, passed away on Monday, September 4, 2023 at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia after a long and courageous battle.

Born in Lebanon, PA on March 11, 2013, "Jezzy" was the daughter of Ricardo and Jeanette (Quinones) Salgado.

Before becoming ill in 2020, Jezzy was a student at Ebenezer Elementary School. She enjoyed doing all the things young girls do - shopping, gaming, and playing with makeup. Although many of Jezzy's days were spent as a patient inside the walls of a pediatric hospital, she didn't let that define her. Jezzy was more than that. She was kind and silly and smart and spunky. Jezzy will be remembered for the good she brought into this world - and the beautiful smile she had on her face doing it.

In addition to her parents, Jezzy is survived by four siblings - Jonathan Tricoche, Jacob Tricohe, Joshua Tricoche, and Ricardo Salgado, Jr; her four aunts - Jessica Candelario, Rosa Quinones, Luz Quinones, and Ana Lugo; an uncle, Wilfredo Candelario; her maternal grandmother, Maria Quinones; her Godfather, Christopher Quinones, and great aunt, Iris Hughes. Jezzy was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Barbara Salgado.

A viewing will be held at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., 126 S 9th St, Lebanon, PA 17042 on Friday, September 8th from 5-8pm and on Saturday, September 9th from 9-9:30am. Interment will follow at Kimmerling's Cemetery.
