Jane Simone
Loser
Feb 10, 1935 — Aug 8, 2025
Jane Simone Loser, 90, of Lebanon, passed away Friday, August 8, 2025 at Juniper Village. She was the wife of the late Marvin Loser.
Born in Lebanon, PA on February 10, 1935, Jane was the daughter of the late William and Margaret (Brandt) Keith. She was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church in Lebanon. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, Shane Gingrich (Ellen), Elizabeth Surmacz (Andrew), Maxi Baer (Brad), Hannah Simone and Sam Simone and five great grandchildren who were her greatest joy in life.
Jane is also survived by three children, Debra Gingrich, who lovingly cared for her for many years, Susan Prinsen (Peter) and Steven Simone (Ginny).
Jane worked for many years at the US Department of Agriculture in Labor Relations and, upon retirement, worked for the Lebanon County Court System as a court officer. She thoroughly enjoyed her time in the court system and "finally" retired at age 81.
For many years, Jane was involved in the Lebanon Community Theater and had a lovely singing voice. She had a great sense of humor and loved that her dear friend, Barry, described her as "Jane Simone, Star of Stage, Screen and Toilet!"
Funeral services will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Jane's name to the Humane Society of Lebanon County, 150 N Ramona Rd, Myerstown, PA 17067. Jane loved dogs in particular, and was deeply contemptuous of those who treated them cruelly.
Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. is entrusted with the arrangements. Please share your memories with the family at our online guest book at thompsonfuneralhomelebanon.com.
