James Harold Osborne, 74, of Palmyra, passed away Friday, January 27, 2023 at Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospital. Born in Front Royal, Virginia on February 29, 1948, James was a son of the late Delvin Osborne and Emily Elizabeth (Robinson) Keller. He was the life partner of the late Melody Nye.

James enjoyed watching baseball, football, and was a Dallas Cowboys/Patriots fan.  He loved his faithful companion, his dog Isabelle. He went by Jim, or some knew him as Oz. Jim was in the Army National Guard as a young man and worked construction the rest of his life. He had a love for motorcycles, sports, nature, and the opportunity to help someone when they needed a hand.

James is survived by his children: James Osborne, Jessie Olson (wife of Benjamin), Brandon Osborne, Thomas Osborne (husband of Brandi) and Jeb Osborne as well as 10 grandchildren.
