James E. Balsbaugh, 68, of Lebanon, passed away Thursday, December 16, 2021 at Spang Crest Manor. He was the husband of the late Marjorie G. (Good) Balsbaugh, to whom he was married for 42 years.

Born in Lebanon, PA on October 25, 1953, he was a son of the late Marvin and Mary (Madara) Balsbaugh. James loved his grandchildren, fishing, camping, biking, watching Eagles football and Phillies baseball.

James is survived by two daughters, Danielle Short, wife of Josh of Jonestown, PA and Kaitlyn Hurst, wife of Roy of Reinholds, PA; four grandchildren, Emma Short, Elsie Short, Melanie Hurst, and Wyatt Hurst. He was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Arnold.
