Iris N. Hughes, 72, of Lebanon, passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at Cedar Haven Nursing Home.

Born in Puerto Rico on June 27, 1952, Iris was a daughter of the late Richardo Salgado and Felicita Morales. She enjoyed playing bingo, cooking, and going to the casino. She lovingly raised her two granddaughters, Alexis and Malory.

Iris is survived by her daughter, Iris Sanchez, wife of Dan; two granddaughters, Alexis and Malory; three nephews, Wilfredo Candelario, Andy Salgado, and Ricardo Salgado; and two nieces, Jessica Candelario and Becky Falcon.
