Iluminada Sanchez, 75, of Lebanon, passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at the Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of the late Luciano V. Sanchez.

Born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico on April 10, 1947, Iluminada was the daughter of the late Claudino Sanchez and Telesfora Rosario. She was a member of St. Benedict the Abbot Church and enjoyed cooking, watching TV, and spending time with her family.

Iluminada is survived by three children - Carmen Rozier, Marisol Sanchez, and Nelson Sanchez; six grandchildren - Terazie Rozier, Tariah Rozier, Isanex Urbina, Nelson Joan Sanchez, Jonathan Sanchez, and Sujeily Cruz; seven great grandchildren; her goddaughter, Frances Valentin; seven sisters - Angelina Gonzalez, Carmen Varela, Delia Sanchez, Jacinta Sanchez, Leonor Sanchez, Maria Sanchez, and Paulina Sanchez; a brother, Luiz Sanchez and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Miguel Sanchez.

A viewing will be held from 6-8pm on Wednesday, March 29th and from 10-11 a.m. on Thursday, March 30th at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., 126 South 9th Street, Lebanon, PA 17042.
