Herman M. Faiola, Jr., 76, of Lebanon, passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at The Lebanon VA Medical Center. He was the husband of Patricia J. (Spitler) Faiola, with whom he shared 54 years of marriage. Born in Lebanon on March 21, 1946, Herman was the son of the late Kathleen (Omelchenko) and Herman M. Faiola, Sr.

He was a member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church and a veteran of the United States Navy. He enjoyed music, poetry, reading, and even bad days on the golf course. Family, by far, was Herman's greatest treasure and time with them was cherished.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Nicholas Faiola and his wife, Yvette; two grandchildren - Owen and Ilena; a brother, Gregory Faiola and his wife, Valerie. He was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Louise Faiola.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 13th from 9-10am at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., 126 South 9th Street in Lebanon. Funeral services will begin at 10am. Interment with full military honors will follow at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at 11:30am.
