Helen M. (Hartman) Mishoe, 96, of Lebanon, passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at the Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospital.

Born in Lebanon, PA on August 3, 1926, Helen was a daughter of the late John W. and Catherine G. (Arnold) Hartman. She was a lifetime member of the Church of St. Cecilia and a devout Christian who offered her daily prayers for the suffering of others. She was the last surviving family member of her generation. She enjoyed family gatherings, Sunday picnics with her relation, playing pinochle, and helping others. Her favorite memories were of her childhood days growing up on their farm.

Helen is survived by her youngest son Paul and his wife Lucy; nine grandchildren: Leslie, Emily, Allison, Adrian, Barbara Ann, Monica, Seth, Courtney, and Elijah; seven great grandchildren: Erin, Brianna, Madelyn, MaKenzie, Julie, R.J., and Riley; and a niece and six nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years Charles W. Mishoe; two sons, Charles A. and Edward M. and his wife Brenda; a granddaughter, Shandra; a brother, Robert M. Hartman; two sisters, Beatrice Herr and Catherine Deitz; a niece, Emma (Deitz) Caldwell and her son, Shane Callahan; and a nephew, Tom Hartman.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at St. Cecilia's Church, 120 E Lehman St, Lebanon PA 170469. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. A viewing will be held prior to Mass from 10-11 am at the church. Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. is entrusted with the arrangements.
