Harriet R. Ponessa, 66, of Lebanon, passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at Carolyn's House in Harrisburg. She was the wife of Michael J. Ponessa. Born in Detroit, Michigan on July 6, 1956, Harriet was the daughter of the late Walter and Irmgard (Knoebel) Neugebauer.

Harriet retired after working as a realtor for Howard-Hannah-Krall Real Estate (Century 21) for 33 years.

In addition to her husband, She is survived by her son, Michael C. Ponessa and his wife, Torri; her grandson, Anthony M. Ponessa; two granddaughters - Kaitlyn E. Ponessa and Kylie M. Thompson; two sisters - Peggy A. Lilley and her husband, Terry, and Barbara J. Sebastion; a brother, Robert M. Tilley, Sr. and his wife Patti; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister Lilian L. Tilley, and a brother J. Martin Tilley.

Graveside services will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations in Harriet's name may be made to Four Diamonds at Penn State Health Children's Hospital, 1249 Cocoa Avenue, Suite 115, P.O.
