Gerardo "Jerry" Miranda, 58, of Lebanon, passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Jennifer E. Klinger-Miranda.  Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico on July 26, 1964, Gerardo was a son of the late Jose and Catalina (Arriaga) Miranda.

Jerry exemplified the enlightened skill of artistry.  From his talented designs and implementation of tattoos to his proficient wood burning designs, Jerry had a natural ability to color and paint the world.  His natural and raw artistic talent led him to being recognized by the Museum of Modern Art in New York City.  When not applying his artistic ability to some form of the world, he devoted his time to his family.  The light that shined in his life could be seen through the love he had for his children.  He was hysterically funny and had the ability to make anyone smile through the impeccable delivery of a joke.  He had an amazing zest for life and appreciated every minute he spent with people.

In addition to his wife Jen, Jerry is survived by his children Joshua Miranda (husband of Zuleika), Mark Miranda, Timothy Miranda, Kaitlyn Hernandez, Daughter, Darian Miranda, Gerrod Miranda, and Jayce Miranda; his grandchildren: Minnie Miranda, Mia Miranda, and Kylee Hernandez; his siblings: Humberto Miranda (husband of Jasmin), Brenda Ruiz, Edith Miranda (companion of Fernando Morales), Sulma Alvarado (wife of Wilson), and Joey Miranda (husband of Kristen) as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father Jose, Jerry was preceded in death by his niece Iesha Morales.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 3, 2023 at the Lebanon Legion, 1410 Lehman St, Lebanon, PA 17046 at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jerry's memory can be made to the family.  Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. is entrusted with the arrangements.
