Francis F.
Stephens
Jun 22, 1965 — Feb 26, 2025
The Angel of mercy came to take Francis home. Frank's family takes great comfort knowing Mom, Dad and Frank are now reunited again.
Frank was born in Reading, PA June 22, 1965, son of Richard G. and Mary Ann Stephens. Despite the many challenges he faced in life, Frank possessed an extraordinary spirit that found joy in the simplest moments, always bringing light to those around him with his smile. He is now reunited with his beloved mother, father and brother who preceded him in passing. His presence touched the lives of so many, and the void left by his absence is indescribable. Frank's warmth, resilience, humor, whit and unwavering smile will remain in the hearts of his family and friends forever.
Frank's uncanny ability to remember birthdays amazed all who knew him. Within minutes of meeting him he would ask your birthday and it could be years until you met him again and he would remember your birthday. He would also tell you the celebrities that shared your birthday. Frank had a love for older sitcoms and would talk about them non stop. He loved board games especially Battleship and Hangman. He was a faithful Phillies and Eagles fan. Frank was a 1984 graduate of Cedar Crest High School and often stayed in touch with classmates and faculty. He worked numerous jobs and cared for his aged Mother until her passing in 2003. Anyone that ever met or knew Frank will remember him for a long time.
Frank is survived by brothers; Michael J., of NJ, Robert G., and Joseph D. both of Lebanon. Nieces; Nicole, Shelby and Michaela. He was preceded in death by his parents Richard G. and Mary Ann Stephens and brother, Anthony C. Stephens.
