Frances passed away at her home on March 15, 2022. Frances was one of five children born to Frank and Mary Melchione on November 9th, 1933 in Elizabeth, New Jersey. She went through the Elizabeth school system and graduated from Thomas Edison Vocational High School. Frances worked for Western Electrical Instrument Corp. She met James F. Judge of Elizabeth, N.J. and they were married on April 26 1952 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. They had four children and resided in Elizabeth until the death of James on November 13, 1984. They were married 32 years. In 2007 Frances moved to Manheim, Pennsylvania and resided with her daughter, Susan until her death. Frances enjoyed shopping with her daughter and going out for ice cream. She loved watching game shows, playing cards, bingo and puzzles. She was a lifelong member of the Roman Catholic Church.

She is survived by her children, Raymond Judge of Post Falls, Idaho, Linda Walczyk of N. Fort Meyers, Florida, Susan Zimmerman of Manheim, Pa. and Sharon Peak of Coos Bay, Oregon. She has 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Frances was much loved and will be missed by her family.
