F. Allen Short, Jr., 89, of Lebanon, passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at home. He was the husband of Nancy L. (Weiman) Short.

Born in Lebanon, PA on July 23, 1935, F. Allen was a son of the late Francis Sr. and Ada (Lehman) Short. He was a graduate of Lebanon High School and a United States Army veteran. He worked as a nurses aide for the Lebanon VA Medical Center. He enjoyed tennis and was a avid Eagles and Duke Blue Devils fan.

In addition to his wife, F. Allen is survived by three children: Jeff Short, husband of Cathy, Jennifer Antal, wife of Corey, and Jodi Short; seven grandchildren: Amber, Chivon, Codey, Anthony, Anyssa, Tyler, and Josh; and ten great grandchildren.
